On average, most design requests are fulfilled within a swift two days or less. However, please note that more intricate or complex requests may require additional time to ensure the highest quality and produce desired features.

Of course! We understand that your design needs may not always align with a full month of service. If you find yourself with just a few design requests, you can take advantage of our pause feature.

Here’s how it works: Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let’s say you’ve been using our service for 23 days and then decide to pause your subscription. In this case, your billing cycle will be paused, and you’ll have 8 days of service remaining. You can use these remaining days at your convenience in the future whenever you have design requests.

DOOR 369 offers you a variety of flexible methods to request designs, all seamlessly integrated with Notion.

You can request through Notion, attach a Google document or wireframe via Notion, or opt for a brief Loom video if you prefer a more visual approach (and it can be easily linked or shared within Notion).

In short, if it’s compatible with Notion, you can use it to submit your design requests.

Not a problem. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any revisions or if the design doesn’t meet your expectations, don’t worry! We’ll make revisions as needed until you’re completely thrilled with the final result.

Yes, there is.  DOOR 369’s subscription plan does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.)  However, you may request such items a la carte, as a separate engagment, please contact us for more details regarding “a la carte” special requests.  Please note that only active subscriptions can request a la carte items.

No worries.  If you only have a single design request, you can pause your subscription once it’s completed. When you’re ready for more design work, simply return – no need to let any unused subscription days go to waste.
