Refund Policy:  Due to the subscription nature of the platform, and the standard of work delivered, we do not offer refunds.  However, a member may cancel their subscription at any time.  Cancelled memberships will discontinue further renewal charges, but the current month’s membership will last until the end of the paid term.

Delivery time:  Most requests will be delivered within a 48-72 hour period.  However, more complex tasks and web development may be quoted as longer to deliver.

Selling Price:  There are 3 membership level tiers.  Please see our Pricing Plans for more details.

Accepted Payment methods:  The accepted payment methods are Stripe payment portal via credit or debit card.  Customers with “A la Carte” design requests may also pay via Intuit invoice via credit card or bank transfer, if approved by DOOR 369 agency.

Payment Period:  Credit card payments are processed immediately, while Intuit payments must be sent within 24 hours of receipt.  Late fees will apply to Intuit or other “A la Carte” payments that are 7 days past due, at a rate of 5% interest per week.  If a credit card payment cannot be processed within 48 hours of the due renewal period, the membership will be cancelled and the services will terminate.
